At Haute Pool Floats, we stand behind the craftsmanship and comfort of every float we offer. Each piece is curated, tested, and vetted to meet the highest standards of luxury performance. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window on all regular-priced items. 

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return experience, please note the following requirements:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Inspection: Haute Pool Floats reserves the right to decline returns, exchanges, or credits for items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or improper handling.

  • Shipping Deduction: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total. If shipping rates are needed prior to return, we are happy to provide those upon request.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at Relax@HautePoolFloats.com with the following information:

  • Order number or invoice number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of any issues or concerns

  • Confirmation that the product is in original packaging (returns cannot be accepted without it)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to our facility.

If you bought a Haute Pool Floats product from an authorized dealer, please contact the retailer directly. Their return policies may differ from ours and will apply to your purchase.
